We better pull everyone out of Opelika that we want.

Excluding the Grant fiasco, an Opelika player hasn't signed with Alabama in like 60 years. We've had at least one on the roster for the close to 15.

We'll be fine.

Right now, we aren't a lock for Evans or the two from Opelika which scares me. 3 guys right in our backyard and none of them close to committing

A 6'2 215 pound tight end, what are we recruiting him for?

I don't understand fear over recruiting, especially a year out or anytime for that matter.

Got nothing else to be freaking out about

Also, UTk getting recruits is making me pissed because they had a shitastic string of seasons and a horrible bankrupt AD to deal with

He'll be an h-back/TE... he's got the frame to carry a good bit more weight.... and he's the best offensive player OHS has. He's got good hands... and they use him as a wildcat QB and RB some. He also plays a little DE.

I really like Mitchell's game... and I think he could have a nice role in Malzahn's offense.

I am thinking of him as a more fleet of foot Lutzie. If he gets up to 235-245, he will be a nice fit as a pass catching H-Back

don't get too hung up on it... it's really a perfect storm for UT this year.... huge legacy class and the most in-state talent they've had in years. Even a recruiting moron like Dooley would've been hard pressed to screw this up.

But give Jones credit... he's taken advantage, even with an all around 'meh' coaching staff. Next year will truly tell the tale on BJ's recruiting abilities, IMO.

I guess I trust the staff we have to bring in a good class. Frick UT and uncle butch

Anyway, anyone else going to A Day? I have decided to fly in and watch it, also to visit my parents.

Mitchell is just the kinda athlete you love... he plays all over the field and could project to several different positions at the next level, depending on the system he's placed in. He's got good speed for his size, as well.

How the hell do you remember that kind of stuff enough to go look for it?

Ah look, the guy that contributes zero to any conversation has to jump in another one. And just look at the creativity he possesses. Color me impressed. Maybe you can go ahead and throw out a "jimmies rustled" or "he mad" type meme too.

While Brannigan clearly does not know how to use butthurt in this context, give the guy a break. Had someone else posted that you wouldn't have this reaction. It's like we build this horrible persona for CB and he has to live up to it because we won't let him do anything else

Also, I lulzed a little bit reading his comment anyways. Was just a joke

Brannigan, since you work in education, are you allowed to tell us funny stories of kids being ridiculous assuming no names are mentioned?

I just want Stephen Roberts damnit. He's the real thing at corner. It's rare to see a junior in high school with the type of awareness he seems to have in his film.
