The story was written only based on Twitter comments. The first Twitter comment the story referenced was made by a gentleman named Goat Vaughn@ roll tide 2023.

All I know is when whenever I used to see her at basketball games she wasn't rah rah but that could mean anything. I don't know what her campus experience was like internally but I never saw her smiling much in public.

She won the gold medal before she arrived at Auburn and I imagine the world really started speeding up fast for her as soon as the Olympics games were over. Would she choose Auburn after she won the Gold medal. Who knows. But her being a gold medalist before enrolling at Auburn doesnt mean shite to me. She doesn't sell Auburn as a great place to be and she throws her teammates under the bus. "Me, Im special, Me, I'm special" is all I read.
I highly doubt she was a positive influence on the teammates she threw under the bus. I highly doubt her teammates did anything wrong but look up to her.

Suni had the Auburn connection discussed on NBC today. She fist pumped to hearing a War Eagle as she led the USA to another gold.
