He isn’t a bust, but he isn’t worth a long term deal. These low IQ guys with exceptional athleticism are good up until age 30, give or take.

So Jackson is a bust?

No, but I believe his best football is behind him. His game won't age well. He's never been the most polished passer out there. A large part of his game is heavily dependent on world class track speed, which has already started to diminish a bit and will not get any better as he ages. He also is starting to pile up an injury history and I believe he quit on the Ravens last season.

If he suffered the same high ankle sprain that Mahomes did, he would be a completely ineffective QB, unlike Mahomes, who has elite pocket passing to fall back on.

The line on Levis going #1 overall moved a TON to 5/1

I don't see 1 overall, but someone has fallen in love with his measurable (as I did at the time of this thread)

Is he a top 5 lock?

I hope Carolina takes him at 1. That way we won't have to deal with Bryce Young twice a year for a decade.

I feel bad for Levis. He got thrown into the draft hype machine, and then had to sit there for close to 4 hours with egg on his face while he fell out of the 1st round.

The teams all made the correct choice by not wasting a 1st round pick on him, but the guy didn't deserve the embarrassment of the eternal green room wait.

He supposedly put a rumor out on Reddit that Carolina was going to draft him 1st. It caused the betting market to adjust
