Broadcast said he threw the helmet. They talked it over and didn’t waive the flag off. That’s one of the worst calls I have seen in a while. Did he throw it at someone or something?

No he threw it at the ground because he knows he likely tore his ACL again. Hope it’s not the case, but by his reaction he knows it’s not good. Feel terrible for him.
