I wouldn't say that. It was a hold, just not one usually called because the refs miss it. Even the announcers said it was pretty clear.

I'm the last one to whine about refs. I find it weak as frick, but that last no-call bothers me, not because of the way this game has been called, but because Julio never gets that call.
He's the biggest, strongest receiver in the league and he gets mugged and tackled regularly and never gets a PI.
