Damn, Dan Uggla reference. Jesus, I forgot about that guy. What year was that, 2008?

I'm not sold on Drake London at all.

You also thought AJ Terrell was a bust before he even played a snap. You are making the same mistake w/London.

Gotta give them a chance before making a determination either way.

Yes, I'm aware. I've worn that one. I'm still stunned at how good he's been considering how awful he was in his last college game, but I guess that was an anomaly.

The current Falcons situation reminds me of the Braves and Dan Uggla years when we stopped developing players, and loaded it with old players looking for a pay day. I think we gave Uggla $20 million just to go away, and it took over half a decade to get back to being competitive. The contract negations have been absolutely horrible.

Struggla's 33 game hit streak might be the most random great thing an Atlanta athlete has done in this millennium.

I feel like I missed what happened to that whole era of the Braves players. Like where did Rafael Furcal go?
You could tell me he's a columbian drug lord right now and I'd believe it.

ETA: Furcal was there in the early early 2000's. I've blurred all of the 2001-2017 Braves all together on 1 team.

Furcal was a fascinating story. He had a fraud birth certificate and was found out to be two years older than he claimed to be. He also went and signed with the Dodgers in free agency.
