Was watching the game with a completely impartial person and we both thought his passing just looked pretty off in general

He always floats a few. He certainly did not play well, but I don't think it's something to worry about. Philly D will make many QBs look bad this year.

He looked jumpy in the pocket... which he usually does when he's rushed. Philly has a great d-line. And the guy the Falcons signed to shore up the offensive line, Fusco, isn't any better than Garland or Schweitzer.
So I wouldn't say he looks any different than he normally does, no. I would say that it's painfully obvious he needed to spend more time working with the wideouts in the preseason games to get timing/routes down, but it's too late for that.
