Shipped to OKC. Interesting to see how the Westbrook/Schroeder tandem plays out.

Doubtful they are on the floor much together and he makes their second unit solid. Solid trade for them. For the Hawks, we get a lottery protected first which is pretty trash. I hate how the NBA trades work. Like, if your trading a first rounder it should be the first rounder. frick all that protected bullshite because teams will just tank to fall into protection. I loathe that trade strategy. I will never understand giving up assets with no guarantee of a first coming back.

That's what I mean...Dennis being relegated to the bench? Good luck with that locker room.

Honestly a bench of Dennis, Abrines, Jerami Grant, Pat Patterson, and Nerlens Noel is not that bad. Thunder have gotten WAAAAYYYY better this summer imo. Dennis can also play point with starters if Russ needs a break. Obviously he isn't as good as Russ, but he can run an offense pretty well in his own right.

Meh that trade was all about dumping Schroder's long term money and not taking any back. Huge win for ATL to get a pick back too.
