They showed Freeman warming up to pitch, aww. Anyway, Julio was pitching so well the MLB took notice: LINK

I'm really happy for him. He had a miserable season a year ago but he looks like the old Julio now. He's definitely lost some velocity but it looks like he's learned how to better use his off speed stuff.

Uh oh not sure the bullpen wants him to get the win.

Nice win, Braves win 5 to 2, thanks to Julio and Nick.

I've been traveling for work all week so haven't gotten to watch much. But that's encouraging for the team to go down to Tampa and win the series after being swept by San Fran at home. I remember last season we were flirting with .500 at the All-Star break and ended up getting swept by the last place Phillies and we never bounced back.

Hopefully we take care of Miami, and maybe Jeter secretly is tanking lol.

He's doing a bad job of keeping it quiet.

from their twitter of course. No more DH for Bautista, hope they can keep Folty in this one and beat the fish.

Through a month and a half, Miami has a run differential of -70 . That's incredibly terrible.

Trading the best hitter in baseball for a bag of balls felt like Jeter doing the Yankees a favor. They shouldn't have even had a conversation that didn't involve Gleybar Torres. My prediction is as long as Jeter is running the show there, they'll basically be the Yankees AAA team.

Nailed it. Gumble called him out and he looked like a deer in the headlights. All he could come back with is "we play to win" BS. And to my knowledge Jeter doesn't have any personal ties to the Miami area, he grew up in New Jersey and Michigan. Being a Yankee's legend, I always assumed he'd take an executive level job with them, even if it was mostly BS. The Miami ownership was a surprise.

Only Freddie could get a hit on the Braves' first inning and he got picked off. The marlin's got a leadoff hit to their catcher then he went to 3rd on an error. Then Folty got 3 outs without giving up a run.

47 pitches through 3 IP is a HUGE improvement for Folty

Yeah he's got a 4 inning shutout going for him now. Keep it up Folty! Braves still just have that one run from Joey.

Man, I hate Prado.. he just tied it up for the fish. Folty way over 20 in the 5th on pitch count it was his worst one even before Prado came up. Now runners on the corners for Castro. Folty still hasn't allowed any earned runs after he got out of the 5th, that run was because of camargo's error.

This should prove that Folty is bad third time through even with a reasonable pitch count.

They took him out and let Tuck er hit for him in the 6th. Then the Marlins walked Camargo and Tucker and loaded the bases for Ozzie. uh oh
