Look at his record after Brady left. A lot of that was QB play and the fact he was picking the groceries. As strictly a defensive guy, I agree. But he was done as a HC.
And he definitely shouldn't be head of personnel.

They're soft, undisciplined, and lazy, and no one is ever held accountable. That tells me all I need to know about Raheem Morris.
If there was any accountability, Pitts would have been cut after the Chargers game after he half assed his routes yet again.

There isn’t a brain in the entire organization. Look at our drafts the last few years and explain to me how any of it makes sense. We refuse to build the team properly. You do not win in the nfl drafting te, wr, rb, cb. You sure as shite don’t win giving one qb $100m and then spending your #1 pick on another qb. Until Blank/Mccay are gone this team is doomed.
