Maybe. On the other hand, you run the risk of Liberty Media selling the Braves off to a group of owners who can't even muster the capital to pay the current roster salaries and give away every piece on the roster. At least with LM the team has stability. For every ownership group like the Dodgers, you have an equally inept group like the Marlins.

The Marlins ownership is a special level of ineptitude. The Stanton trade felt like Jeter doing the Yankees a solid.
