What do you mean
Last time I was at Truist, a foul ball to RF. I look back to see how close Acura is to get there, he’s still back by the Chop House. Apparently he thought it was going into the stands, but it landed on the ground and was very catchable.
He’s blazing fast but likes to either go turbo or zero nothing.

Yeah Rileys deal is definitely questionable. Idk im just not personally ready to give up on him yet

His advanced fielding metrics are pretty poor. I will give you that he isnt a very consistent defensive player.
But there are times he does some absolutely bat shite insane things in RF

I'm gonna disagree. Like Ozzie, I don't think he's completely recovered from breaking his wrist on that HBP last year. He had been hot for 2 weeks when that happened. So I consider last year a wash due to that.
Now saying that, getting with Chipper in the OS could definitely help. He's helped him tremendously in the past.

The issue with Ozzie is he is older, and has a lot more miles on him. I fully think we should pick up his option since it’s 7.5 million and he’s the leader of the clubhouse but he has been atrocious this year in all levels of the game
What’s worse is as VA pointed out to me the other day he has been abysmal hitting f righty handed with 0 HR, when he used to be a borderline mvp candidate from the right side

I think a lighter bat would suit him well. He swings a tree trunk. Especially considering his wrist.
And I used to be a proponent of him continuing to switch-hit but I am coming around on just batting R.

Ozzie being so bad hitting right handed this season is probably the biggest reason he has cratered to this level. Some of his righty numbers this season:
.246/.273/.303, .576 OPS, 0 HR, 6 RBI 59 wRC+
He has never been a great left handed hitter, but he has always been able to make up for it with power from the left side and MVP caliber hitting from the right side. Neither of those are there this season.
