Now that we have (hopefully) gotten all the insults out of the way, I have some comments on what Nolan said.

I would argue he already has. What Nolan means by this is you need you a couple of guards who don't back down from anyone. Guys in the mold of Roger Crawford. Roger Crawford once tried to field goal kick a guy in the head on the basketball court. Tough as nails, played defense like you wouldn't believe.
This team has 4 players like that, IMO. Isaiah Joe, Reggie Chaney, Desi Sills, and Gabe Osabouein. They're all "men."
They're also young. Need more time.

I'll say though, in the spirit of hog brotherhood, there are a couple of things that concern me greatly and I'll share them.
Mike really is letting it all ride next season. He is going to have a tough time navigating this offseason with this team intact. If he loses Reggie Chaney it's all over. I'll be right along side you guys calling for his firing.
Between now and then he needs to be in Reggie's ear expressing to him that Reggie is going to be the guy next season in the post. Ethan Henderson will step into the 5, but they will adjust the scheme to feature Chaney. He will be this team's Corliss Williamson.
He must. Or he will be gone.
ETA: Chaney is, understandably, frustrated with a lack of PT. He is sharing minutes with Gabe, much to the chagrin of most of y'all here, I'm sure.
But Mike has to play Gabe. He is one of our best players.
Next season, with Gafford gone, they'll go small ball more often and Chaney will overtake Gabe for the 4.

Mikes recruiting is shite. He wasn't prepared for MQ and BP to go to the NBA. Had no plan whatsoever. When it happened I thought ok they assured the man they would be back. Thats on them. So I looked past that crappy 16-16 season.
Now here we are with Gafford. Has he recruited his replacement ? Nope. The problem is Mike Anderson. His roster management and piss poor recruiting are whats keeping us in this fricking hole NOLAN !!
And what about his coaching ? We have consistently been out of the top 25 his entire career. He starts off every season trapping and pressing us into loss after loss before finally pulling back on it just in time to win a few in Feb.
