Why do we not have a rainbow of glove colors, is there a rule?

So we know Bama uses red gloves when on the road and white gloves when at home.
Why don't we have a set of navy, maroon, black, yellow, and white gloves to go w/ our cardinal ones?

The players have a selection of gloves to choose from. Red, white and black options. The availability of what they can choose fluctuates by position.

We need gloves that are the same color as the team we're playing against, preferably with some type of camo to break up the pattern
