I may be thinking of someone else but this sounds like the guy who shot a video while cruising the Sonic.

I had some guy road rage on me. I got off an exit after several miles and pulled into a sonic stall. Dude followed me and stopped behind me. I got out and let my 110 pound Rottie out of the back seat of my 4 door 01 F-150 4x4 lariat with 250,000 miles. He didn't want any at that point.
