Always getting emotional and crying all the time?

Need to hire some Alpha men for these positions. The only time we cry is when we run out of coke and womenz

Did Long cry? I knew Bert was fighting them back after the game but didn't hear about/see Long getting in on the action too.

I think Long may just be upset FOR Bert and the fans, he knows the time is coming where he has to send CBB on his way and by all accounts hes a good man and they're friends outside of the business world.

It has to be kinda upsetting to firsthand watch this otherwise good man keep throwing everything he has at the sport/team he loves and keep coming up painfully short over and over again, knowing you'll be the one that eventually has to take him out into the woods and put him out of his misery.

It would be one thing if Bert were like Nutt; completely oblivious to the fact that he's borderline retarded, incompetent, sociopathic, and a complete dork. But I legit think CBB is putting everything he can into this and just can't seem to find the right answers for whatever reason. It may be something he just doesn't have inside of him, something he's doing wrong, or just the environment and him don't mix... But I think he at least realizes it himself and isn't completely oblivious.

That buyout money will soothe the burn. 99% of the world's population will never feel that type of "sting" while a job has come to an end.

Bert literally makes up 1% of the population size by himself.

He cried when he fired CBMFP. Although I can understand why. Jeffery was terrified and intimidated by CBMFP, I think the tears came from fear and relief.

Yeah I did feel bad for him during the post game conference until I thought of that.

Dude has lived a dream job for over a decade, and has made enough money to live more than comfortably the rest of his life.

I do still feel bad that he seems to really care about giving his players a chance at something special, but just isn't capable.

They're both millionaires who are total failures at their jobs.

Do they really want sympathy?

I will be clear with my thoughts.

I like CBB a lot. I think he attempts to be genuine, and that is a trait on short supply in these times. I like blunt outgoing types. He is my favorite personality of any coach we have had in years.

I would love for him to be ultra successful here. But, it doesn't look like it is going to happen. And I dread the talking heads when he is let go.

"If Bret couldn't do it at Arkansas, nobody can.. blah, blah, blah....:"

He is a winner in life (Not Butch related ) with a great job, great pay, beautiful wife, and now a family. His parents seem to be awesome hard working folks with morals and integrity (yes Mr. long... this is a real thing)

From hog farming to being a Hog coach. It was a match made in... errrr.... Hmmm. OK< maybe not

What a story, if it would have been true. Dang It!

But NO MALZAHN! NO!

I highly doubt we get malzahn lol.

We will be going after the jim grobes of the world, or maybe we lure a guy from somewhere that is successful and at a good job, but they can not pay sec money.
