I believe Reggie and Mason were awarded from the AP or some other news outlet

Coaches voted Quickly as player of the year. Just saw a graphic yesterday with their stats side by side and Mason had better numbers than Quickley in every category.

Yep, its a bump because his team finished 1st but Quickley should be the 3rd or 4th choice at least.
