Not so much a topic, but generally shitty attitudes by some for absolutely no reason except to be an arse. At times, I believe some flame their "own."
I think pretty much any topic can be discussed, even if people disagree. There is a way to have such discussions if everyone acts maturely, keeps their tempers in check, and respects others' right to have differing views, keeping in mind that we all don't have to agree on everything, but we are all on the same "team" so to speak.
I enjoy joking and kidding around, but the blatant disrespect & a-hole-ish remarks and the flaming/trolling each other are things I get sick of on any board, so I definitely hate it on a "home" board.

I have also grown tired of the guys who think they have found the next recruiting gem. For instance, there is a thread on Hiv discussing a sophomore RB from Beebe. He rushed for 1950 yds this season and somebody starts a thread saying keep an eye on him.
Why? He was the primary back in a dead-t offense. Beebe runs the ball 99% of the time, and he gets about 65% of those carries.
If he was running in a balanced offense that number would have been hella impressive. Not so much when he is getting a ton of carries a game. And you are running through the weakest defenses in the 5A.

3. Patience. The "me" generation thinks good thinks come to those who whine incessantly, so the mewling started from the moment CBB was hired. Toss in those posters who just want to stir the pot hoping to get Long fired, and you have toxic stew of "FireBert beginning in the Samford game. Barring perfectly aligned stars and a reasonable schedule, all rebuilds take time. A little patience is necessary or you (and everyone around you) are miserable. Because you are miserable, you act like a prick. I wish I could kick you impatient bastards in the scrotum until your head popped off. It takes time to build a sustainable program. If you want consistent contention, the frisking shut up your whining and give CBB time.
