Cut out the banning and post deleting over personal issues, that's all you need to do. The board will be better and we can all get along.

There's been maybe 3 or 4 bans in 10 years. Usually short and always after warnings. Funny enough back then I was brought on to be a mod because no one did anything here and they wanted it policed more. And one of those bans was a board vote.
Same, usually just ignore people since it's a message board and you can just press x and leave. Much easier than pissing matches and constant arguing back n forth.

I know for a fact you deleted a post of mine that didn't break any rules.
I remember when cubsfan was banned - he wouldn't have been banned if he was arguing with anyone other than you.
Same for Drewbie.
You know all this.
That said, just because you suck as a mod doesn't mean you're irredeemable as a person. I'd rather be friendly and talk hog sports with you and everyone on here.

Doesn't matter who is arguing with who, derailing threads over and over to get into stupid pissing matches that escalate to frick you's and much worse is against the rules. Warned and still do it then it's justified to take a little break. No one wants to read that. I was brought on 10 years ago to help with that so idc if you don't like it or not.
Didnt you come into the transfer portal thread and flame? Those threads are off limits for that type of stuff, make your own thread to bash the staff but don't bring it to recruiting/portal threads. That's a big no no on any board and stickied on the recruiting board. Zero leeway there.
It's really not that hard to fight with posters all the time.

I reacted negatively to us losing a recruit. Not sure why there's all kinds of discussions and reactions allowed in that thread but a negative reaction is "flaming"
Regardless, this isn't the recruiting board and there's nothing here saying special rules applied in the portal thread. Although if told that, I would respect it. I wasn't told anything at all - just had my post deleted and following posts asking why were also deleted.

If you actually think about it, quite a few people have been removed either temporarily or permanently. Way more than "3 or 4". Especially over the last decade.
