The motivation vs. the pressure BP is under is why I love this hire.

He knows the worst mistake of his life also tanked this program for a decade.

His motivation is redemption. Success at the exact place it happened would have to be huge for him on a personal level.

The pressure on him is failure at the exact spot he was shamed and embarrassed. He knows how bad it could get if things don't go well. He's aware this is a bit divisive among the fanbase from day 1.

Just the fact he would take this job tells me that he means business. He could go anywhere else and have none of the drama bullshite spotlight that will be on him.
