I know it's probably the first loss. I'm fine with losing, but it's the way we lost this one that kills me.
1. Our Friday night start looking like a midweek guy.
2. Our SS and preseason AA continually looking like the worst player on the team
3. All of the K's.

The problem is it isn't the first game we've thrown the ball all over the field following a Martin error either. That's what I meant by signs of mental weakness. Someone fricks up, usually Casey, and we just fall apart either with other errors or bad decision making defensively. Problem is we aren't gonna be facing Gonzaga-esque pitching to feast on for the rest of the year. This shite has to be fixed or it's not gonna be pretty. OU's gonna be lucky to host a regional this year and we made them look like they could contend in the SEC today.

Dave views the non-conference as preseason so he's still finding out what he has before SEC play starts in a few weeks.

He's seen since last season that Casey just isn't a good SS and continually puts him there. Enough is enough. I'd rather have Mr. Reliable there than the rare occasion flashy play there.
