hmmmmmm. interesting.

I've thought Storey was overhyped since his SR. season. He was physically mature early and played in small classification ball at a school with strong tradition and a culture of football success.

There were other QB's out there who impressed me more on film playing against much tougher competition in S. Florida, Texas, North Carolina, California etc.

I'd hate to see any of them leave early, the transfer for PT is understandable but it also becomes a cycle of quitting.

I'd assume this upcoming fall.

He's only a RS freshman. It's a little early to start demanding to play ala Brandon Mitchell. I'm really excited about Ty Storey, but if he wants to transfer this season (not that I think this is going to happen) then there's not much we can do. That's just entirely unreasonable.

This upcoming fall, but like I said this is 3rd hand information. I'd trust a fart after three 40oz colt 45s and 2 rounds of 4th meal, before I put much stock into this. I'm just typing words and shite. I miss football.

I think Merrick is working at LT and Zach and Frank are working Center. Bielema is talking up Ragnow at center, so idk

Ragnow has been playing both. The practice report from this weekend said that he started at C in the scrimmage on Saturday with Merrick at G. However Merrick got beat bad on one of the first few plays so they brought Rogers in at C and moved Ragnow back.

Smart money is on Wallace locking down the LT spot.

The early exit polls have the OL looking like this

Wallace
Froholdt
Rogers
Ragnow
Skipper

Would not be upset with that at all. I would rather go young versus JUCO if they can perform.

No way Froholt is starting on the offensive line game 1. After QB, offensive line has to have the biggest learning curve.

Bielema has been raving about Hjalte's ability to pick up things. He talks of only telling him once and the kid's got it w/in 3 reps. They're going to throw him in the fire early and see if he can hold it down.

Jackson's gonna push Wallace but BW will probably get the nod.

Skipper needs to be pushed too, but when he's on he's nasty. Hope he comes into the fall 100% healthy and can stay that way.

Ragnow could probably be a top end center, it's where Pittman and Bielema recruited him to play but we don't have Guards better than him and Rogers is probably good enough to get by. Hope he stays healthy too.

Just from coach speak, it definitely seems like he already has it locked up. Very surprising so perhaps he's a natural at the position.

That or our talent is actually terrible on the OL and we're going to struggle big time this year because we missed on projecting everyone.
