Probably actually go to the Auburn baseball series doubleheader likely for Saturday or to Oaklawn if we’re being honest with each other. Lots of other events this weekend like Real Deal too.

I will be there. First spring game for this t-shirt fan.

I will watch it on the SEC Network, like most normal human beings with a life. Probably much later in the day... etc.....

how can you claim to be a fan if you have never even attended a free game?
Honestly, I’ve always looked at it the direct opposite. I’ve always thought that it’s the way too obsessed fans like me that go to the spring games and normal fans have never been. I go to the spring games with one of my buddies but our wives never even consider going and our friends don’t understand why we would go to watch practice. Maybe that’s just my circle but I always assumed that was the norm.

The cost of going, the responsibilities I have now actually keep it from happening this year. BUt I do have things I must do on Saturday and will watch later.

quote:Complete opposite view from me. Open practices I agree. Most people who go to open practices are diehard fans but the spring game was usually filled with the people you never see at games. Especially when they give the free stuff. I remember when they used to allow backpacks. You'd see people loading up on their yearly supply of handouts at the spring game.

Regardless my point was the the people in central Arkansas who complain about the game being too far away and/or too expensive have no excuse this weekend.

What? That is so backwards. They didn't have an excuse before but they do now.

I rarely, very rarely post on the schizzo board, and here only concerning razorback sports.
I belong to a couple of music forums...
But, anywho....

So your kids loved the game, while you loved the children activities?

Did everyone wash their cargo shorts, off brand Razorback polo's and camo hats?
It's going to be a Sherwood party up in there.
