Dude he's 6'4" and ran a 4.62. That's actually pretty good measurables for a reciever. Certainly D1 caliber. Hypothetically if he can really bulk up and maintain speed he would have great measurables for an NFL TE.

No, there's a process. You don't achieve a 16-32 record as a head coach without knowing what you're doing.

I'd imagine we'll rotate 7 or 8 guys in there every game, so he has a chance to get a shot. I agree tho, he definitley has his work cut out for him, but I think it's unfair to write him off immediately. He does have the measurables to be succesful, now he needs the skill.
