I was a little too far west to get the big snows they have in central Kansas. I-70 is closed from Hays to Salina but open further west. Probably got 8 inches or so here in the far northwest corner of Kansas.

We've got ice everywhere. Not as much as I thought it would be, but it's definitely not snow. But they're saying there's a second wave coming and that's what's gonna be the doozy. Hope we don't lose power. Ice has already stick to pretty much everything in sight.

I just saw where Bentonville schools were without power because of Ice, and they didn't close today.

Is Santa the Superintendent?

Just looked at late night models, trend is going towards a snow storm for Monday Evening and Night.

Winter making a late run.

Seems like you can always count on a snowstorm around spring break in NWA

I'd be happy seeing snow once a year. Any more than that is to much.

Oh man I love snow, wish we got more yearly and bigger storms.

That being said, some pics I took a bit ago:

looks awesome! I need another good snowstorm before I'm ready for spring. It's been a non event this morning but Tulsa news is somehow making an event out of a non-event.

I particularly like to make snowcones from fresh clean snow, such a crisp clean satisfying taste.
