I understand Nesbit and battles are great with the glove but is their no way Welch Or goodheart can get on the field? We need both of those guys sticks in the lineup And Nesbit and battles are not cutting it at the plate.

For the life of me, I have never understood DVH's love for Nesbit over Smith. Smith is much better in every facet.

Nesbit is a better fielder but not by that much. He's a guaranteed out against good pitching and looks pathetic against elite pitching.
Zeb is another one who's stock is dropping. It seems like most of his outs are line drives right at someone or fly balls to the warning track.

Should get 3 innings from the sheriff today. I wouldn't be surprised to see him early if Bolden gets in a jam.
