That's super confusing because it relies on unsourced second hand info. If there was going to be another ceremony I'm sure media looking for any SIGNING DAY SURPRISE would be making noise.
That's not to say that that isn't coming tho.

Believe about 50% of what you hear coming out of Miami. Not that i have any idea but odds are if they know there is a door open they will do all they can to plant doubts in his head.

I agree. I am just relaying what I see and don't necessarily believe it. As hog fans, we should know better than anyone that we should take rumors with a grain of salt.
IMO he is torn because momma and the rest of the family wants him to stay home, but his coach/pseudo-father wants him to go to Arkansas (probably because his coach actually CARES about his football career and knows Arkansas is a better career move).
He seems like a genuine kid who just wants to make everyone happy and is being pulled separate ways.

frick that teacher. I doubt, sincerely, that the teacher would know why Alex is in tears. It could be that he's upset because he knows he's going to disappoint his mom. I REALLY don't think he'd be like, "Hey teach, just wanted you to know I'm crying for this here reason..."

I want him to be a Hog but also he seems like a good kid and he needs to get out of Miami. Gonna derail his career if he stays there with all his family and friends trying to ride his coatails.
