Fire him and whoever decided he should be the coach in administration and get them off the board of trustees.

Morris may be the worst head coach in SEC history.
I can't speak to some of the bad coaches other programs have had way back in the past, but I've never seen a head coach in this much over his head.

This is the SEC. Bringing along his inexperienced and unqualified assistant coaches from SMU is as naive as it gets.
Someday he may learn what it takes. But I wouldn't bet on it.
