For the life of me, why would anyone want GM?
Mediocre results the past few years with much better recruiting territory.
He is existing on Defense, His offense is not great at all.
He is stubborn as heck, and not innovative anymore.
He would have his own Mafia at Arkansas...

I would take him over Leach or Drinkewitz(sp?), Clark, Kiffin.

The more closely I look at Mike Norvell and his history, the more I like what I see.
But I think he is a better fit at Memphis.
