What does any of our coaches do?

The fact that nobody, ever, anywhere has shown an iota of interest in any of these assistants to advance their careers says it all.

Mike is actually fine as a HC if he had really strong help. He doesn't.

We run no offense, our defense is predictably weak (Drive the basket and either take your layup or kick it out for a wide open three...all day long) and I don't care what you think, consistently poor (horrible) free throw shooting is a clear indicator of mental weakness/lack of toughness being developed.

We will get better as the kids age, but it will be because they grow, not because they get developed. We all know it...everyone knows it. Its just fact.

He's a great guy....but too nice to fire some worthless butts in seats on the bench and hire some good hungry coaches.

Well he helped create Manny and Manny ended up probably one of my fave players from the last 10 years or so in a heart and soul and giving it all and loving hogs way, so I think he must have done something right.

But yeah I can't answer what he does coach wise.

We need to hire an offensive coordinator.

That's a good question. I know Mike originally hired him as an asst coach while at Mizzou and brought him along when he left for Arky. I do know he is awful as a HC, I believe one year he didn't win a single conference game in the Big 12.
