Leach's name was around for awhile during the Pittman hire, there was a decent chance we could have gotten Leach AND Beard, and would be looking for two new coaches within days of another. Weird universe.

It’s been around every hire since like 2007.
That’s the only upside of Mississippi State taking him, never having to hear that shite again.

I actually wanted to hire him. After what we’d been through I felt like he could win some games and we’d be entertained as well. Call it desperation I guess but I was getting to the point of not caring about football at all.
