Anyone recommend someone one for commercial properties? I need to get some bids and every damn company I'm calling isn't calling me back after I leave a VM. It also seems no one has receptionists to answer their phones. Appreciate any recommendations.

Just drive around where new houses are being built and talk to the Mexicans doing the landscaping. Get it done cheap that way if you pay them cash.

Just tell me how much you pay and I will decide if I want to go out and buy equipment or not.

For the low, low price of $500 I'll hire someone to drive around and talk to Mexicans for you. You can't beat this value. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity you can't afford not to take! The first to call in and place an order gets a $25 Visa gift card!

Call today!

But wait, there's more! Call and order in the next 30 minutes and I'll include not one, but two people driving around and talking to Mexicans!

Good stuff.

Unfortunately finding a good Spaniard is the best way to do it. Anyone in a new GMC Sierra 2500 Denali with the company logo on the door is your worst nightmare. Good ol' boys and Mexicanos are the best play and sucks you cant scout it out for yourself.

Call a buddy in this area whose corporate office you know needs some work but not a HUGE amount (ie. - NOT the Dillard's HQ). Call a buddy who works at a local bank branch, etc.

Clark. Really good. Does work for significant players down there. Ownership is hands on.
