Long is an Athletic Director, not a babysitter and personal life manager for head football coaches.
He has only upgraded the football facilities, baseball facilities, and turned the basketball program around since he has been here.
He is doing such a horrible job as AD, school's like Stanford, Miami, and Texas have reached out to him when they have had open positions, obviously nobody wants him.

Dude....our athletic program has facilities going up left and right. We just finished in the top 25 of all sports for the first time in like....ever
There isn't an Arkansan qualified to lead our athletic program right now.
