Reverend, I would love a teaching moment from you on this
The Good Book warns that calling a man a "fool" puts that man in danger of hell fire. I take that warning literally and I know I want to get to a point in my life where I never call another person a bad name again
What are you serious thoughts on this?
I appreciate your spirituality coupled with the fact that you never come across in a condescending way

I get it man, I truly do.
Compare Matt 5:22 and Matt 23:17 They almost seem to contradict. But they don't. One is done in righteous anger, the other in unrighteous anger. One is fine, the other not.
Now, deciding for one's self must be purposed in one's own heart. Like many things.
This is the short version of it. But also In the Old Testament, “fool” carried a more serious connotation than that of “raca” (see Deuteronomy 22:21; Joshua 7:15; Psalm 14:1)—it denoted someone who had committed a great crime or sin—more than just an empty-headed person.
In biblical usage, the term “fool” generally does not indicate a person of diminished intelligence.... Instead, the term carries both a moral and religious judgment.... This is why the psalmist (again, writing by inspiration) said that “the fool hath said in his heart, there is no God” (14:1). If “the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom” (Psalm 111:10), then, conversely, foolishness finds its origin in the rejection of God. Isaiah referred to a man as a fool whose “mind plots iniquity to practice ungodliness” and whose attitude of practical atheism causes him to “utter error concerning the Lord” (Isaiah 32:5, RSV) The meaning from that time, until now is a bit different as well however as seen above.
Hope that makes thing not as muddy as water. lol
I studied this from a book once from Apologitics Press. It was well written. When you get time look up the Hebrew and Greek corresponding words for fool, Raca, etc. Blessings!
