It began when Nutt was given a two year pass in 04 and 05.
He was the first head coach to survive back to back losing seasons since the 50s.
Look at how that turned out.
From that point on the expectations began to slide to the point that we have an excuse for everything.
Arkansas needs some type of expectations if they ever want to get better.

Auburn has no choice but to go all out.
They share the same state with Bama who is overbearing and pushes them against a wall. It makes them more motivated to do better.

Yeah, despite the lesser resources we have compared to most of our SEC brethren, it does ultimately come down to wins and losses. We expect to do more with less.
