So I'm assuming that Harbaugh is wrong for not playing Collins at the beginning of the season due to his propensity to fumble?

Starting a game or two due to the true starter's injury doesn't make you a starter in the traditional sense.

You mean the Alex Collins who was elevated to the Ravens' active roster on September 16th, played the next day (which was week 2, I might add), and has seen his carries increase each week? That Alex Collins?

The one that could have twice as many carries as he currently does if Harbaugh didn't cut his touches...

We lost to them by what? A point in 2014?

My point was we have pretty close to as much talent making an impact in the NFL. Way more than most teams in the West. That finished ahead of us.
