Do you stay in little rock? My dad used to live downtown in the mid 2000s and if anything I would say they have cleaned it up some since then.

yeah markedly worse than 10 years ago just isn't true.
there is some serious drama in this thread though. LR isn't a 'nice' city by any means, but it would behoove some people in this thread to get out more and explore the world.
