Conference play has begun; probably need to bump this one.

I am disappoint.

Got enough decent shots to win, just couldn't make them.

And, as always, somebody on the other teams gets hot shooting 3's and we can't stop them.

I know we all were disappointed not to get the win on the road and I've seen us play several times this year and thought our play in this game was uncharacteristic. We missed shots, made turnovers we usually don't make, and gave up some easy buckets. And I really don't think A & M is that bad of a team but we failed at virtually every phase of the game last night. Hopefully that will be an aberration.

It is still early and I don't think anyone should be truly optimistic or truly pessimistic about the team at this point. Our play in the next couple of games will perhaps provide us with some answers and indicators of where we're headed this season. I remain in the let's wait and see camp--decent talent on the team when they take the floor but we still have to see what they can do with it now that conference play has started. How well the coaching staff has them prepared game in and game out figures into the mix as well.
