It's kind of crazy that the exact same thing that has happened to the WBB program (all the top players transferring out, disastrous season) is also currently happening to the football program and the AD is just sitting there letting it happen again doing nothing.
They are literal mirror images of each other and he still can't see it.

It’s almost like we have an AD who’s completely incapable of holding coaches accountable.

Unless you are the Mythbusters you can't polish a turd. Mike Neighbors has been a turd. Go ahead and fire him. Yes, the assistant that replaces him won't do any better probably, but send a message out to the coaches that poor performance will not be tolerated.
We have coaches, usually in the secondary and tertiary sports, who will walk through hell covered in gasoline to win or build their program. They bust their arse to win and this guy makes more money and pisses away bigger advantages while stinking up the joint.
