He is a total pipe dream, but if something crazy happened he would be high on my list. He has already been to arkansas once. Has a winning record here. Something chad didnt lol

Campbell would be an absolute home run and would immediately put the rest of the SEC on notice. On my Official Coaching Wishlist™ he's in a tier of coaches that are pipe dreams, like Meyer, Stoops, Fleck, etc.
I would think he'd wait for a Tennessee, UF, Auburn, Bama, LSU, UGA level school if he wants to jump to the SEC though. There's a good chance UT and Auburn are open within the next couple years. He can basically pick anywhere he wants to go.

I would guess he goes to penn state when Franklin goes to USC or FSU

I honestly fail to see how UTenn is a more attractive job than ours... if it actually is it doesn't have to be.
The other schools you mentioned are not opening up anytime soon... Auburn maybe.

I agree it doesn't have to be, but historically they're a much "bigger" program than Arkansas. We're not extremely far behind, but UT definitely has more name recognition.
I was moreso saying that Campbell can afford to be choosy, not necessarily saying those jobs exactly. He's got a good program rolling right now so he's in no hurry to leave, he can wait 5 years for a Saban to retire or a Smart to get fired, etc.

If there's even a chance you can land Campbell then you throw all your eggs in that basket. Break the bank if you have to. It's the type of hire you need to actually fix this program.
