He's legit. JMU is rolling.
I'd still take Chadwell over about anyone because he's proven it for much longer than most of these other "up and Comer" coaches.

The vast majority of his career he's been in the Atlantic Coast area, so most of his recruiting ties and the like are in that area. One reason he's been so deadly at JMU. Moving from the Mid-Atlantic to Arkansas could take him some time to adapt to the area.

If we are worried about past recruiting, we should only hire Texas coaches.
