If I was still living in Atlanta, I’d 100% buy that house. It looks like a perfect big city house. I moved back here for land and more sqf though so I’d pass today. I can definitely see the draw on it for some folks.

There’s not much that can be done. I mean, land rights are land rights and it’s hard to argue against infill if it isn’t overtaxing infrastructure and creating negative impact. Just doesn’t have to be over-the-top and unaffordable. People can build modern houses on estate lots too. Agree about SoFay.

Barn dude is the top. Looks very ugly. At least with the Spanish style they could have had a courtyard.

Wood framing behind the tree seems like a bad touch. Mcmansion evolution. The bottom of the dark jutting fitting bothers me being paneled. Unique isn't always good. At least it isn't brutalist.
