A lot of encouraging things against a great team. Crowd was loud too when the team was hanging around. I hope Hudson Henry saw us pass to the TE as much as we did.

We just don't have the players to compete with a top of the line team this year. That having been said while our defense played very poorly our offense and special teams were far better then I've seen this year.

We are starting to drift in the right direction. I don't think we go to a bowl this year but I do think we knock off one or two SEC teams.

At this point I'd rather be optimistic and wrong as opposed to pessimistic and right. Recruiting and noticeable toughness in tough games are encouragingly different.

The team quit against North Texas. They absolutely did not care. They never quit vs Auburn. They were just a play away from playing even vs the Aggies. Today they were seriously overmatched and while they allowed Bama to score their season high today, so did we. Arkansas is getting better.

The coaches had a pretty good game plan today. We exposed the holes in Bama's defense. As far as I could tell, we didn't suffer any serious injuries. Ole Miss is fricked.

I thought the defender got a hand on that.

Ball was pushed a little too far in front. The receiver (Chase Harrel) tipped the pass and popped it up to the defender.

It hit him in the palm of his hand. It was catchable.

As A Clemson fan, I have great confidence that CM will build a solid team. He just doesn't have the Jim's and Joe's to compete and that's going to take time.

He needs a QB in the worst way. Chad may be one of those guys that can really take advantage of this 4 game transfer rule and poach some really talented kids from schools they are seeking playing time. They are out there and while you don't want to build a team around these types of players, it certain can serve as a "filler" to meet immediate needs.

I would hope Kelly Bryant would consider coming to Arkansas, but I don't think he wan't to get too far from home which is sort of stupid if you are leaving to improve your NFL stock. You go to places that can improve your NFL stock no matter where.
