Apparently the Springfield university was going to either hire Bobby or Art Briles... They chose the BP.
Best of luck to em'! I hate Missouri state ever since their arrogant asses played us in the regional a few years ago.

Sounds like Missouri State is in for 3-4 great years followed by an epic meltdown...the petrino way

We can only hope he’s there 3-4 years, if so they play us in Fayetteville in 2022

Looks like I’ll be going to a few Missouri State games next year. I’ve tried to go and watch them a few times but they’ve been so bad over the years that you can’t make it fun even with copious amounts of alcohol.

The games suck but the tailgating there is a blast. Really cool setup right outside of the stadium.

No but they are putting up some more "Slippery when wet" signs around the campus.

Are you local? I used to go to the games with some former players and you’re right tailgating was fun. Not much else after that was so I stopped going. This was probably 7 years ago though.

Yeah, I’m from around Springfield. My brother and sister plus a lot of my friends go/went to MO State so I’ve spent a lot of time on campus. I’ve probably been to double digit tailgates and spent ~1 quarter total inside of the stadium
