I dug a 6" wide trench that was 190' foot long today. Is that applicable for this thread?

Where are the racquetball courts in NWA? I know the HPER has courts, but are there any others in Fayetteville or Springdale?

Did five miles on the treadmill. School has (mostly) kept me from preparing as well as I'd hoped to for the ToughMudder this weekend.

I was invited to join some fitness chicks group MWF for some kind of camp, but they meet at 5 am. Don't think so

currently still focusing on my bis,tris,delts,lats, and legs.

about to get back into a better mix of cardio since my hip is feeling better finally.

Just raised my bent over row to 25 lbs dumb bells. That's not much at all to you guys, but it's pretty decent for me.

It's the new craze in NWA. Chicks are stupid though, and will gladly hand over there money to anybody.

Lets work out at 5am and then eat 800 calories all day long... well no shite you'll lose weight. So will being stranded on an island.

I really don't think you understand how message boards work.


You make a comment, then others comment on that comment. I directed nothing towards you in this thread, i simply made an offhanded comment about a fitness fad in NWA. The sheer arrogance that you assume all comments involve your person in some way shreaks... no it screams, of some serious self esteem issues.

I honestly thought this thread was about health and fitness in arkansas, and a made a post regarding that topic. I was blissfully unaware this was your stomping ground, i apologize for posting in your personal thread. I will show myself the door.

I have ballooned back up to 261lbs. Was down to 235 or so 6 months ago. Football and tailgating has been tough. Went to Bama this year, from Thursday morning through Monday morning I gained 10lbs. I thought it might be retaining water but it stuck. Geez, how can that happen?


Started working out again last week. Down to 258.2lbs this am.

This thread does help me. Let's get it going again.

And if anyone becomes a pain in the arse again, they're gone.

it's the tailgating and football. It kills me EVERY DAMN YEAR. Beer and delicious bad food. It all comes back to burning more than you consume probably.

Water retention...otherwise that weight gain doesn't make a lot of sense in that little of time. hoginsw and I know all about this

This may have already been addressed but I know several people who have had great success with a very low to no carbohydrates, no refined sugar diet. They even cheat on it some.
