Recovered from the pulled back muscle and sprained my ankle.

Going to try to workout today, but it won't be a full strength.

dang woman.

I did something to my wrist yesterday while doing side planks. aggravating.

today was core/legs/arse day.

I'm doing a squat challenge with a FB group that starts May 1. End of the month is 250 squats in a day. My arse better be looking damn good if I accomplish that.

I've been on the cardio wagon for 3 weeks.. I'm heading to SC for a bachelor party in June. Gotta get my figure properly shaped.

It's going good so far.. I'm not fat nor tall, so I really don't need to lose to much, but I want to cut up a tad bit more.

Should be comfortable in about 2-3 more weeks. Then I'll get back to working out with a lot less cardio.

what kind of stuff are you limited to as far as cardio.

You can get great cardio in from mountain climbers and baby burpees, assuming you can do those. I'm not sure what kind of injury you have/had, though.

I fractured one of my heels leading to a fusion of the joint in that foot that allows introversion and extroversion in that ankle (side to side) less than a year ago, I still can't walk barefooted so, running, jumping, etc is out. I lost half of the up and down motion from being in various splints and casts for 6 months, so not creeping, crawling, etc (this is movement I'm working one getting back, not sure I'll ever be able to get all of it back).

So, talking to several people, trainers, etc. I keep getting told "you'd be an excellent pool candidate". I use to swim competitively through HS, just quit when I started college, quit working out in college, quit the baseball team, etc, just quit.

Hope it isn't anything serious and you make a quick full recovery.

Hope you are okay woman!

Recovering from surgery isn't easy so rest up as long as you need for sure. I had surgery last year and I wasnt allowed to work out for 6 weeks. I enjoyed every lazy minute of it

okay, then mountain climbers are definitely out.

sounds like swimming it is. that's gotta make you feel like a senior citizen to be told you're a good candidate for swimming exercises. j/k

Did a TRX band workout today for the first time ever. I thought I was in pretty good shape, but those things kicked my arse.

I'm down 19 more pounds over the last month and a half...would be more had I not taken a hiatus while getting that tanning salon ready to roll.

I did just eat bad though...but I usually give myself one day a weekend like that just as a reward...but nothing overboard.

Good job, well done. I have a cheat day or two over the weekend. That's why my monthly losses have slowed down to around 8lbs a month. I'm fine with that though.

Yeah 8 lbs a month is pretty impressive.
