today he had me do....

175 bicycles, 90 jumping jacks, 200 crunches, 200 half crunches, 100 obliques on each side, 40 leg lifts on each side, 80 glute kicks, 25 scissors,90 mountain climbers, and just repeated this with a quick jog in between once we started over. So I did all of that twice, with 3 runs.

hopefully my dr lets me get back to working my arms soon. I've lost all tone in my upper arms. i tone there the quickest thankfully, but still. sucks.

ETA: he also had me do some lighter version of bicycle crunches. wasn't as tough. not even sure what there were.

I would have said the same thing just a month and a half ago. That's why I have to have a trainer. There's no way I could push myself like he does.

I have goal pics of what I want my body to be like. Core specifically. His words were, "lets do this". Lol. And we are.

Well, I have to say this thread has served its purpose, because your post inspired me! Plyo this evening, and I did more reps than ever before!

That me now. I'm consuming so much more protein.

Does anyone recommend a decent OTC knee band or brace? I'm using a band and it worked well for what I need, but its already stretched out. After like 2 weeks.

Morning workouts just aren't happening this week.

Luckily, I've been able to fit them in in the evenings. Plyo again this evening.

For all of you familiar with Insanity, I've been avoiding Cardio Power and Resistance like the plague. Probably my least favorite of all the workouts, including the month 2 workouts.

FML

I was feeling positive this week and like i'm a bad arse. He changed it up today and beat the hell out of me. Cool front came thru and the wind was brutal out there, too. Drill sergeant Clay emerged today. I ran, he yells DROP, mountain climbers, UP, run in place, DROP, mountain climbers, and repeated that non stop w/o a break several times, then ran down the path, then we went straight into squats, lunges, and abs. of course....ended with a run.

i feel like i'm going to

i am starting to see some nice definition in my abs, though. lower half for sure. damn good thing, or I couldn't keep this up.
