This transfer WR is set to visit 12/9. Apparently he’s 6’6 now and had almost 1100 yards receiving this season at Commerce.

6’6 and 180lbs, how does someone with those measurable fall through the cracks?
Is he slow? Did they want him to gain weight? Doesn’t seem like his school was too small.

That’s rail thin and likely leads to lack of explosiveness.

Acoording to his recruiting page he was 6-3. So unless that was wrong he continued to grow post high school and that could be a big factor

He's listed at 6'6, 190 now. Landers is 6'5, 195 and he seems to be doing fine for himself.

Depending on body type, 6'5" 195 is WAY different than 6'6” 180

Eh, 180 was his high school weight when he was 3-4 inches shorter (Landers was listed at 182 in HS). Looks like he's listed at 189 now, so I'm betting the frames are pretty similar. Now if he has the speed and body control of Landers...that will remain to be seen.

Isn’t Landers a burner?
If dude had elite speed at any height over 6’ he would have had a D1 offer list.
Be cool if he just fell through the cracks and has it all though.

That's fair. According to the article about him visiting, he had a 96 yard TD reception (at the FBS level, I know) so I doubt he's a total stiff, but Landers has legit track speed.
Apparently the dude picked up 17 DI offers within a couple of days of entering the portal, so he seems to be a fairly hot commodity.

GROVE, Okla. — Grove High School's Emmanuel Crawford is an established rising star for the school's football program, but to Crawford, it's more than a sport.
He's the school's all-time leading rusher, racking up 2,400 yards and 43 touchdowns in 2021 alone.
Crawford's life began 6,000 miles away from Grove. He was born in Ghana, where he was sold into child slavery at three years old. Crawford became one of an estimated 21,000 child slaves working the fishing trade on the African country's Lake Volta.
"I got sold into slavery when I was three," Crawford says.

Oklahoma transfer DE/OLB Clayton Smith and Texarkana-native (Texas High) enters the transfer portal.
Rumors a month ago were expecting this decision. They had him as a potential addition to the defense.
Would likely be a rush DE for Arkansas.

Former Florida offensive lineman Joshua Braun has committed to the Arkansas Razorbacks. Braun, 6-6, 345, made his decision during an official visit with the Hogs, becoming their first transfer commitment for the current cycle.
Braun chose the Razorbacks over Penn State, Oklahoma State, Texas Tech, Duke, Western Michigan, UCF and UNLV. Florida State was also heavily in the mix and expected Braun on an official visit this weekend.
"This is a great place,” Braun said on Sunday. “These are some of the most avid fans I've seen. It's a great situation. They were telling us the University of Arkansas football team is the biggest football team, sports venue in the state. There's no pro teams and no other Power 5 school. We can tell they are the pride of Arkansas.
“Just to be able to put on for a state like Arkansas and the fan base would be amazing and quite the experience. I'm looking forward to being involved in Fayetteville and the University and sports."
As four-star recruit out of Live Oak (Fla.) Suwannee in 2020, Braun initially committed to play for Sam Pittman at Georgia. When Pittman took the head coaching job at Arkansas, Braun flipped to Florida and stayed for three seasons. The lineman became a starter in his first two years but was demoted to second-team after Billy Napier took over the program.
Braun announced his decision to enter the transfer portal on October 18. The graduate-transfer plans to enroll in January and is expected to be listed as a redshirt-junior.
"It's fantastic,” Braun said. “When he was recruiting me at Georgia he was very upfront with me that the only job was the head coaching job at Arkansas. It was kind of his dream. So to see him achieve his dream and to be able to a part of him having success in a place he loves so much will be tremendous. I'm looking forward to being on his team and helping him win championships."
Braun, who expects to play guard at Arkansas, is excited to get his decision out of the way.
"There was some others out there, but I didn't want to go too crazy with it,” he said. “I only wanted to go to places I was comfortable with. At the end of the day, Arkansas is the place I'm most familiar with, comfortable with and where I want to be for the next 2-3 years."
As a prospect, Braun was the No. 271 overall player in the nation per the 247Sports Composite rankings. 247Sports considered him a four-star talent, the No. 20 offensive lineman in the nation and No. 38 overall in the state of Florida.
The Razorbacks are expected to host at least two official visitors this weekend in Andrew Armstrong and Jacolby Criswell.
