Brandon in 2015 had the best single season of any arkansas qb ever, and still has a top 10 all time single season qbr, but please keep saying Bobby held us hostage to Brandon.

HA. He hit the fricking crossbar against Toledo when he had a wide open Hunter Henry to win the game. Then on 4th down he threw it into the stands. He wasn't that good.

Best year for any Arkansas QB ever and we went 7-5? Please.

Statistically find me a better year. I don't give a frick about record of the team. Wins=/=QB success.

Ya he missed hunter that game, but pittman's soft as frick o line couldn't run the ball. That is what cost us that game. Not Brandon's 450 yards passing.

Miss st he was putting on the GOAT performance, and fat frick took the ball out of his hand. I have no doubt he wins that game if given the chance.

Irrelevant. Probably would have had more wins with Duwop. The best teams in the country have dual threat quarterbacks but Bert is obsessed with a pro style offense even though he can't win with it.

Austin Allen should never take a snap from under center. He should be in the shotgun on every play because our O-line sucks and he holds the ball too long. When this season is over, Austin needs to buy a horse and go live in the mountains and never play football again.

He had Russell Wilson at Wiscy. Definitely something we haven't seen here.

If he comes back next year I wouldn't be surprised if he ran a 2-qb system.

The rumor during Brandon's last year was that Austin wasn't as good a passer but had better "wheels" than Brandon. I'm starting to wonder if that was coach speak for "he holds on to the ball too long."

Good call. I have nothing against Austin personally, I hope he succeeds in all his future endeavors. But I'm done with him as the quarterback for Arkansas. Gotta know when to cut your losses. Put in Cole Kelley full time and be done with it.

Mitch Mustain/Casey Dick won 10 games, record doesn't mean everything or Mahomes wouldn't have been a first round pick

Just further proof - if we needed any - that this staff is so laughably full of shite.

Brandon was a 10 times the scrambler that Austin is, and he had far better pocket awareness and presence. I just laughed whenever I heard the reports out of camp that Austin wasn't even throwing incompletions and was having to be held out because he was so good.
