The University will be fine. The problem is that the Athletic Department is break even. I haven't looked into the books but I suspect some of the building projects Long pushed through are still being paid for. That or running the increased capacity buildings is devouring a lot of our budget.

Yes. Just means practice squad will be on the field. Until the portal moves until after bowl games, the opt outs will continue.
Bowl games should be held at the home of the higher ranked team before the play offs start.
